The other day I found myself in my kitchen with a bottle of Moscato, a pineapple and an empty Sunday afternoon. What’s a girl to do? Well, sangria was the first thing that came to my mind and, being the cocktail illiterate person I am, I went right to Pinterest to find a recipe chocked full of fruit and some sort of good boozy combo.
I found this recipe for Pineapple Sangria and made it practically verbatim. My only swap? I used pineapple rum instead of the suggested brandy. So maybe that makes this more of a cocktail, but it certainly doesn’t make it any less delicious!
